The "Notice" emphasizes that the main goal is to promote the scientific utilization, conservation and protection of water resources, and to do a good job in feasibility on the basis of carefully reviewing the rationality of the scale of water withdrawals in water resource allocation projects. First, do a good job in coordinating the regional total water consumption control indicators Compliance review.
